We currently employ over 30 professional and support staff at our purpose built offices at Academy House, Kelso, including a significant number of qualified accountants and tax advisers. Our policy is to recruit experienced professionals and trainees with the aptitude and desire to develop, to provide top quality support and advice to our extensive client base.
Experienced professionals will find the quality of work available at Rennie Welch rivals that available at much larger firms. The Scottish Borders is renowned for the relaxed quality of life offered in the many small towns and surrounding rural areas, yet the shopping and nightlife of Edinburgh is less than one hour away.
For trainees, we provide support to individuals looking to achieve professional qualifications and significant ongoing training and professional development thereafter, working with our qualified and experienced staff in a supportive environment.
The culture of the firm is relaxed and informal and with a large number of our partners and senior personnel having trained with the firm, there are no barriers for those with the talent and drive to progress.
