Tracy joined the practice in 2000, working initially within the accounts department in our Kelso office, but soon developed a specialism supporting clients with their bookkeeping and software requirements, where she has over two decades gained extensive experience and a strong, varied breadth of knowledge. Tracy is at the forefront of the continued development of our software services offering, which the firm considers a key service line.
With the rapid rise and continued evolution of cloud accounting software technologies, Tracy has continued to expand her knowledge of software systems and their numerous integrations, allowing clients to manage their financial information on an almost real time basis. Xero and Quickbooks Online software packages and the related bolt on ‘apps’ are particular areas of expertise. Tracy has sector specialisms in manufacturing, the service sector and hospitality industry, where Tracy also uses her knowledge of sector point of sale, dashboard and other ‘stacked’ software integrations, to support hospitality clients in financial management and maximising profitability. Software automation technology is also key to Tracy’s day to day work, always looking for ways to use technology to save time and develop efficiencies for businesses.
Tracy lives in Berwick and is mainly based in our Berwick office but can be found supporting clients in a personable and practical way with all their accounting and related software requirements, across the Scottish Borders and surrounding areas, alongside providing remote support to a number of key clients based across the UK.
