Having worked locally in general practice since 2002, Lynn qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 2009 and Chartered Tax Adviser in 2012, before joining Rennie Welch in 2014.

Laura attended University in Manchester, graduating with a First Class degree in Business Economics. Following her time there, she moved back to her home town of Wooler and joined a local accountancy practice as an accounts clerk. In 2014 she qualified as a Chartered Accountant and once qualified joined Rennie Welch in 2015 in Kelso.
Educated at Kelso High School and left there to join what was John J Welch & Co in September 1992. Qualified with the ACCA (Association of Chartered Certified Accountants) in March 2000 and became an FCCA in 2005.
After working in the travel industry for a number of years, Marie completely changed career path and worked at HMRC for 6 years before moving to private practice. She worked at an accountancy firm in the Borders working on accounts preparation, payroll and personal tax for a varied client base and undertook ATT exams.
Magnus was educated at Kelso High School before attending University, where he graduated with an Honours Degree in Accountancy.
Ross joined the practice in 2002, straight from High School, as an accounts assistant and over the years has built up a wealth of experience and knowledge working with a wide range of clients on various accountancy areas.
Isla graduated from Aberdeen University in 2004 with a BSC (hons) degree in Agriculture and Business Management, before commencing her CA training with Johnston Carmichael in Elgin, qualifying in 2007.
Anne joined the practice in August 2021 having worked for 37 years in private practice assisting businesses in the Scottish Borders and North Northumberland.

We are delighted to let you know that we have now successfully completed our 115 mile trek and in the process managed to raise well over £10,000 for Team Lukas. This is a phenomenal amount and has surpassed what we ever thought we could achieve. This will make a massive difference to Lukas’ rehabilitation and will help him to continue on his journey to a better quality of life.
